  Be very careful. I found auto coverage-the exact same coverage- for less than 1/2 the cost of this agency's premium. Then when I tried to cancel, they just ignored the request,which was made in writing. There was no follow-up on my request to cancel, now a full month later and Mr. Knizner just will not return my phone calls, but never hesitated to bother me at work to try to sell me more insurance. The office staff are courteous, and will overwhelm you with "we certainly want to help you resolve this problem". Well cut the scripted, patronizing statements and refund my money. I gave 2 stars because I did, once, have to make a claim and they were pretty efficient with that.
