  I've been using their services for over 10 years now. Invisible Fence of Pittsburgh is awesome! The system is amazing & the employees know their stuff. My dogs are always kept safe because of Invisible Fence. Love it!

  I don't normally do reviews but this time I felt I needed to. I have had issues with my invisible fence for most of this past year. I had a guy that came out and tried to "diagnose" a partially broken line, but wasn't equipped technically to repair. He and another tech decided they would come back later in the day to do the repair so he left 5 dug up holes in my yard. Literally 2 minutes after he left I got a call from a "not so friendly" customer service person who then told me I would have to reschedule for the following week with the Sr. Technician who would be properly equipped for the repair. Trevor is the Sr. Tech, and he does a great job so his review would be 5 stars. I have to tell you that the cs person was not friendly or cooperative in my situation. I have 2 dogs that need to have their fence working and it took me 1 week to get this taken care of. She couldn't have cared less. If I didn't already have Invisible Fence I would never choose it. I will not ever recommend it either. The Customer Service people need to take some classes on how to properly speak to customers and help to resolve their issues asap.

  My wife and I had a great experience with Invisible fence. Our boxer Colt loves to be able to run our three acres. It didn't take him long to know his boundaries either. It's nice to have piece of mind that he stays in our yard. Even if other animals try to tempt him off our property. The batteries last a long time and we buy the battery plan to switch them out every three months. My wife likes to walk him and the first time they went. Colt had to be lead off our property. He knows where his invisible fence collar is on! No problems other than the height had to be adjusted because he grew since he was a puppy. Other than that no issues! From now on any boxer we buy in the future will on invisible fence.
